At Prima Theatre, we love providing an environment where bold and beautiful experiences can thrive.

We've had the pleasure of hosting gatherings from corporate meetings, to local non-profits' celebrations, to wedding receptions. Sometimes special event managers can be made to feel like they are a nuisance to the venue. Because we're a non-profit organization, Prima is focused on serving venue rental clients as valued members of our broader community.

What's at your disposal at Prima makes all the difference. Our theatre boasts free parking, luxury seating for up to 200 guests, an in-theatre bar, and proximity to top hotels and attractions. With state-of-the-art technology (lighting, audio, video, movie theatre-size film screen, complimentary wifi), the sky's the limit for technology integration.

The climate-controlled blackbox theatre offers a blank slate for your most creative ideas while being already well-curated for any gathering as-is. Behind the scenes, you'll find a catering kitchen, a stage with on-site instruments for special presentations, and dressing rooms with private bathrooms.
